We are pleased to assist with your employment needs. So that we may maintain high standards and good relationships with those who use our services, we require your cooperation in the following:
- HealthPro is a free referral service for Dental Professionals.
- Dental Professionals will be referred to Dental Practices pending the completion of a registration interview and professional reference verification.
- All Dental Professionals are paid directly by the Dental Practice in which they are referred.
- All wages earned on temporary work assignments are to be filed with your yearly tax return. Please refer to the IRS government website for additional information:
- HealthPro prohibits the direct solicitation of our Dental Professionals by Dental Practices in which they are referred. We require all professionals keep confidential their personal contact information including phone numbers and email addresses.
- HealthPro must be notified of any additional temporary or permanent work offered from the referred Dental Practice for a period of 24 months.
- HealthPro Dental Staffing is committed to maintaining a workplace free from sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a form of workplace discrimination. All employees are required to work in a manner that prevents sexual harassment in the workplace. This Policy is one component of HealthPro’s commitment to a discrimination-free work environment. Please refer to HealthPro’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy. Sexual harassment is against the law and all employees have a legal right to a workplace free from sexual harassment and employees are urged to report sexual harassment by filing a complaint internally with HealthPro. Please refer to HealthPro’s Sexual Harassment Complaint Form.
Employees can also file a complaint with a government agency or in court under federal, state or local anti-discrimination laws.
